Terms of Use

By using the CalShot app you accept these terms of use. The app is provided by AI PRO SOLUTIONS d.o.o., Ulica svobode 65, 6330 Piran, Slovenia. These terms are a translation; in case of any discrepancy, the Slovenian original prevails.

1. Service

CalShot lets you photograph food and get an AI-based estimate of calories and macronutrients, keep a nutrition diary and track goals. Estimates are approximate and informational in nature.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old. By using the app you warrant that the data you enter is accurate and that you use the app in accordance with the law.

3. Subscriptions and payments

CalShot offers free features and a paid subscription (premium).
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancel in your Apple/Google account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds are governed by Apple or Google store policies.
Premium scope (fair use): the premium subscription includes up to 25 AI scans per day — enough for all meals and snacks under normal personal use. The limit prevents abuse (e.g. automated or shared use). Free usage has a separate daily limit shown in the app. Limits may be adjusted; current values are always published in these terms.

4. Health disclaimer

CalShot provides rough estimates and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace consultation with a doctor or nutritionist. Consult a professional for dietary or health decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for inaccurate estimates or for damage resulting from reliance on the app's estimates.

6. Intellectual property

CalShot content, trademark and software are the property of AI PRO SOLUTIONS d.o.o. They may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see Account deletion). We reserve the right to restrict access in case of violation of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Slovenian courts have jurisdiction over any disputes.
